Cross-stitch

Hi all. I just want to share a small cross-stitch project I finished this evening. I've been working on it off and on just for fun. I've been in the mood to do needlework lately and decided to start with something simple.

Here it is:






The piece of canvas I used was intended to be a bookmark, but I think it makes a nice dollhouse rug. :) I am going to start on an embroidery project next, I think. I picked up a pattern from Etsy for a vintage PA Dutch distlefink design I have been wanting to do. I'll share it when it's complete!

    I love all your work, especially your dioramas. As a miniaturist myself I know all the hard work which has gone into making them. I will keep watching for more!
